Lucas was born & raised in Lakewood, CO and has been around cars his whole life thanks to his father who has an extensive history of drag racing since the mid 1980's to present. Lucas began wrenching on cars, trucks & equipment at 14 years old. Throughout the years Lucas picked up a list of similar trades within the family business from warehouse duties, beer delivery and a broad varity of hauling goods & equipment in the trucking business with his older brother. In 2004 Lucas was involved in a work related accident that nearly took his left arm, thanks to modern medicine and extensive surgery from a very well respected Doctor he still has 95% use of his left arm. At that time Lucas and his father decided to pursue their dream of owning & running a Speed Shop dedicated to helping others modify vehicles for performance purposes. Lucas got married a few years later and enjoys spending time with his wife, step daughter and son whenever he is not at the shop. Lucas also enjoys spending time camping, hunting, fishing and golfing.
